Last Friday, October 27th, we kicked off the first of our four events on "The Oceanic Wine Route", with the theme being "Wines and Gastronomy". 🍷
We had an intense and enriching discussion with Xose Cannas, Miguel Anxo Besada, and Manuel Gago.
Master bagpiper and luthier Xavier Blanco joined us, setting the rhythm for the day.
Lastly, Txema Ureta guided us through a tasting of the IXP wines.
