The wines will be made exclusively with grapes of the following varieties:
- White varieties: Albariño, Caíño Blanco, Godello, Loureira, Treixadura, Branco lexítimo and Torrontés.
- Varieties inks: Brancellao, Caíño Tinto, Pedral, Espadeiro, Loureiro Tinto, Mencía and Sousón.
