The IXP Ribeiras do Morrazo is celebrating! The wine Raigames, produced by Bodegas Costas de Exportación, has just received the prestigious Grand Gold at Vinespaña 2025, the highest recognition in this national competition. This award not only highlights the excellence of this wine but also reaffirms the quality and authenticity of the wines that bear the seal of our Protected Geographical Indication.
Additionally, Os Areeiros from Vilaboa, after winning a well-deserved Grand Gold in 2024, has also earned a Silver Medal with its Albariño, 2023 vintage.
The Vinespaña competition, organized by the Spanish Association of Oenologists, is one of the most important events in the national wine industry. The participating wines undergo a rigorous blind tasting process, where prestigious experts evaluate aspects such as color, aroma, structure, and flavor.
