Last Monday, October 16th, at the Marcos Valcárcel Cultural Center in Ourense, we attended the second day of: The Tunnel of the Wines of the IXP of Galicia.
We began the morning, from 11:00 to 13:00, wrapped in the passion and knowledge of Luis and Alejandro Paadín. Their masterclass was like a deep journey into the soul of Galician wines, where each story and anecdote brought us a little closer to the essence of our land.
And it didn't end there. In the afternoon, between 17:00 and 18:00, the commented tastings by Martiño Santos were undoubtedly the cherry on top. With each wine we discovered, his expert comments enlightened us, allowing us to appreciate each flavor, each aroma, in greater depth. It was as if each sip told us a different story.
