Small family winery located in the municipality of Marín, parish of ARDÁN, Morrazo, Pontevedra. It has the privilege of being the only winery in this municipality. The harvest is carried out from September to mid-October, manually selecting its bunches, transported later to the winery to carry out the process of de-stemming in order to avoid transmitting its bitter flavors of the bunch and later the pressing process to obtain the musts. Next goes the fermentation process where the must sugars are transformed into alcohol. After this fermentation, several racking will be carried out to eliminate solid remains.
